Holy cow (via TalkLeft) - every year in this millennium, Congress has created an average of 56.5 crimes per year! That's about the same rate as during the 1980s and 90s, too. Yikes.

Whatever you're doing right now? It'll probably be a violation of Federal law before too long, regardless of who wins the White House or runs Congress. Sadly.
