The independent contractors didn't factor into it until the third film. I'm more interested in how Luke decided to judge Han Solo and his lack of belief in that thing that Luke just learned about himself 3 hours earlier. :-)
I know, I know. But I figure if she's gonna' do EpIV in 90 seconds, she better have some ideas about the rest of the series, too! :-p
